Its staff and rooms were good, and for us everything was perfect. The staff were accommodating and pleasant and knew the area. It was just next door to a lake, Jasper and downtown, marvellous location overall. The nicest place to stay when travelling to Jasper.

I was offered a room with pleasant views of the lake. The location was secluded, really close to all restaurants and sightseeing.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and jacuzzi. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me find a valuable lost item. I'm coming back for a city trip!

Loved the location, it was far enough away from town to be peaceful but not to far that it was inconvient.
The front desk closed at 9, and I had a late check-in.

Amazing lake views and cozy vibes!
Just spent 2 nights here and had a blast! The outdoor jacuzzi looked right over the lake, such a nice touch. Kids loved the marshmallow fire pit! Only thing was the wait to check in was a bit long. Dining at the picnic tables was chill too.

Everything was just great. Maintenance man cheerfully lent us a scraper to get snow off our rental vehicle. Front desk staff helped us change rooms to get better WiFi reception. Dinner in the Pine Restaurant (on the property) was EXCELLENT. Room had all desired amenities. Cleaning staff was polite, friendly and efficient.
